Real, effective and intense Training...

In the beginning you will most likely experience really sore muscles. You will push yourself to your limits and then you will begin to see progress. You will become fitter, and as time goes on you will see the results that you are looking for. With intense and effective training you will see your body build muscle, burn fat and achieve a definition.

.. is our top priority in our classes. The right technique. Our Coaches, guide and correct at the individual level to adjust the programming to the ability of the athlete which helps to prevent the possibility of injuries...that is paramount for us at CrossFit Pegasus.
Fun training with a strong community focus...
We are a group of positive and enthusiastic CrossFitters open and welcoming to everyone. No one is judged or criticised whether they are young, old, overweight, thin, athletic or simply beginning, we are a supportive and safe environment. You will always have our help and guidance throughout your fitness journey.
Group training in small classes...
For us, individual support and quality Coaching is extremely important, that is why we keep our classes to a maximum of 10 people under an experienced coach who instructs, demonstrates, and motivates everyone. The training can be tailored to the individual athlete and remains demanding at the same time. Our group training sessions are each one hour long and usually include a warm-up, a strength session or skill practice followed by a “Workout of the day” (WOD) as well as a cool-down after the workouts. The training sessions should be fun but hard and effective. Workouts are varied and exciting to keep all our members motivated and progressing.
