In CrossFit there are many movements that come from gymnastics. Learning and practicing them explicitly usually has too little space in normal CrossFit classes. For athletes who want to improve their gymnastic movements, the special program "Gymnastics" is available on the schedule.
In these classes, depending on the level of proficiency, a movement is analyzed and practiced in greater depth. These include toes-to-bar, pull-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, ring muscle-ups, double-unders, handstand push-ups and handstand walk.
To round out the lesson, a short workout with the in-depth movement is completed after the skills portion of the lesson.
