As of now, we are the proud owners of a beautiful refrigerator that graces our counter. The Connected Community can now stock up on refreshing cold Noccos and Vitamin Wells before and after workouts. We also have delicious Barbell Protein Bars and Foodspring Protein Shakes.
07/04/2022 | New Shirts Available
With great pleasure we presented our first T-shirts to the community. The shirts are high quality sports shirts of the brand "Craft" and were printed on the front with our logo and on the back with "Athlete" and our domain "cfct.ch".
For drop-ins and new members of the Connected Community we still have enough shirts in stock.
06/25/2022 | Swiss Team Challenge 2022
Our first big community event was the "Swiss Team Challenge". The goal was to complete 4 workouts in mixed teams of 4 that hundreds of other CrossFit communities in Switzerland did on the same day.
This year we made 3 teams and had a lot of fun. You can find a video of the Swiss Team Challenge on our instagram profile.
06/15/2022 | Cool water for after sweating
After some delays due to unreliable craftsmen, we were finally able to open the new showers in the locker rooms. Where there used to be "Dixie showers", there are now permanently installed, modern showers.
This makes it possible to really enjoy the refreshing shower after training during the lunch break.
05/30/2022 | OfFicial Affiliate Name
CrossFit is not only the sport we love, but also a brand. In order for us to be on the official affiliate list with the rebranding of our box, we had to deal with "CrossFit HQ" in the US. After many emails and discussions, we were able to agree on the official affiliate name "Connected 2022 CrossFit" by the end of May.
04/30/2022 | Reopening as CrossFit Connected
Thanks to the great commitment of the community, the renovation work was completed in time for the reopening of the box. With a lot of joy and a big party the CrossFit Connected Box was opened. There were nice prizes to be won in the "Bar-Hang" competition and there was a great atmosphere.
04/15/2022 | Beginning of the box reconstruction
With the takeover of the box, the real work began. After getting to know the CrossFit community, the decision was made to give the box a new life. With a lounge, new showers, new equipment and new wall designs, a major renovation was imminent. The Connected Community didn't miss a single workout during the renovation and also helped with the renovation.
04/01/2022 | Takeover CrossFit Pegasus
It is and was not an April Fool's joke. On April 1, 2022 Claudia and Robert fulfilled a big dream and took over their own CrossFit Box. The former owners of CrossFit Pegasus have reoriented themselves professionally and wanted to hand over the CrossFit Box into competent hands. Thus began the story of the Connected Community.
